Midday Assistant
7.5 hours per week, 1.5 hrs per day, 11.15 pm to 12.45 pm
Fixed term (until the end of the academic year)
Band 1 pt 3 Annual Full-Time Salary £24796
Actual Pro rata Salary: Approx. £4396 per year based on term-time only
To start as soon as possible after appointment
We are looking for a new midday to help maintain our caring environment at lunchtime. The role involves supporting the children’s independence with their eating in the dining room as well as light cleaning. It also involves supervising children across EYFS and KS1 during their lunch play and encouraging outdoor play activities.
To be considered for this role:
- Has experience working with children
- Is able to lead games for the children to join in
- Is able to implement the school’s relational belonging policy
- Is proactive and works as a team
