Please remember to use Nessy- little and often works best. 30 minutes on a spelling activity and 30 minutes of a reading activity will really help with your child's literacy skills.
Keep going with your key words- remember that if you are ready for another card I have uploaded them all at the top of this page. Once your child can read a word, start practicing spelling it.
This activity was uploaded before the Easter holiday, but is a good one. Play noughts and crosses (or tic-tac-toe) but instead of writing a nought or a cross, have a key word each to practice writing.
A messy one today - if you dare! Smear shaving foam out and write key words in it. Any multi sensory ways of learning spellings will really help commit the words to memory. This could be done at the table, outside or even in the bath!
Here is today's game to help build fluency for Maths facts. Keep practicing, knowing addition facts and multiplication facts by heart really does help all areas of Maths!
