Please remember to use Nessy- little and often works best. 30 minutes on a spelling activity and 30 minutes of a reading activity will really help with your child's literacy skills.
Oxford Owl Reading Books
Here is the link for your daily reading books online. It is free to register and provides reading books similar to the ones your child would be reading if they were in school.
Today's activity is hopscotch, this could be draw on the floor with chalk (if you have it) or on paper. Play in the normal way, but as your child throws the stone, ask them to read the word it lands on and then read every word as they hop and jump on the hop scotch.
Here is another Maths game to help with fluency of times tables. You will know when your child is ready to move on if they no longer have to count or add up to find the answer.
