Main

During today's lesson I want you to take a look at the following picture of Oz.

Have a look at what you can see and think about what words you can use to describe the scene. Write a list of adjectives that may help you to write your description.

Now I would like you to use your adjectives to write a description of OZ. You can you tube clips from the film to help you see more of the scene if you want to.

Example:

The land of OZ has a golden yellow brick road that runs parallel to the woods. It has plenty of bends and curves making it very windy! The trees stand tall and proud but the faces are quite scary and intimidating! There are fields of corn on both sides of the yellow path. It is green and luxurious, making it look like a sea of green! The sky is sapphire blue with dashes of white,

fluffy clouds.
