In PE today, we will be doing some yoga with the lovely Mrs Flint. 


Yoga is a great activity to do as it not only calms your body but also your mind and can really help you with any worries and anxieties you may have or if you feel yourself getting a little worked up. 


I hope this helps you to have a wonderfully calm and relaxed Thursday!

In this session we are using a calming breath and then a Sun Salutation sequence to energize and wake up the body.
