THANK YOU From Barnabus

From all of us at Barnabus, a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Broomwood Primary School for your Harvest donation towards our work with the homeless and vulnerable in Manchester.

The future of the charity is never assured. Your donation is precious, because it ensures that we can continue to offer our support to the increasing number of people who seek our help. From a hot meal to detox referrals, we are there to listen to our friends and to do all we can to help them find their way to a positive, stable lifestyle.

None of this is possible without our supporters and we're now at that time of year when we ask you to support our Christmas Appeal. Please donate food, shoes, coats, clothes, toiletries and Christmas goodies for us to hand out to our friends. This year we're asking for donations to be handed in during the first two weeks of December, as we close for a well-earned rest on Tuesday 23rd- Thursday 1st Jan. We want to make sure that our friends receive what they need from us in good time.

We'd love to see you at the Manchester Gospel Choir concert on Saturday 6th December at The Powerhouse, 140 Raby Street, Moss Side. We're so excited to be able to raise funds for the homeless at this festive gospel concert - we'll be selling hot drinks and mince pies to complement the carols we'll all be singing. Tickets are available for a donation to Barnabus; you can book them in advance through Yvonne Hope (contact details below), or on the door on the night.

Thank you again for your support; our friends are blessed by your thoughtfulness. Please keep them in your prayers.
