What a week we have had in 4LW! From dodgeball to grip adventure, we have enjoyed every minute. We learnt how to do fancy tricks with skipping ropes, had a go at sports played by para-athletes and even gave cricket a whirl! We also considered how to keep our minds and bodies healthy through mindfulness, team building and healthy eating activities.
