Numicon Biscuits
If you are lucky enough to have some flour, then why don't you try to make these yummy numicon biscuits!
170g unsalted butter
150 g granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp of vanilla essence
281 g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
icing sugar
food colouring
chocolate drops to decorate
Mix the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla essence, flour and baking powder together in bowl until it forms a dough ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and then cut into shapes like the numicon above. Place on a baking tray and then bake until golden brown.
Once they have cooled add icing and place chocolate drops on top.
