My teacher is a vampire
With a hooked pointy nose
Bloody fangs that bite through bone
Eyes like a scarlet rose
and a deep, scary tone.
With slimy snakes for hair
and hands like eagles’ claws
she can freeze you with a stare
and can pass through closed doors
She flies around in a flash,
And glares at all the children.
So YOU had better dash
Before she cooks you in her cauldron!

In the fields awaits a blanket of colour,
A sweet-smelling fragrance wafts on the air,
Bees create honey for taste buds to discover,
The sound waves of Spring for those who care.
As Mother Nature opens welcoming arms,
Your senses dance to all of her charms.
An artist’s canvas splattered with paint,
Perfume of peonies carry on the breeze,
The village of flowers looks pleasingly quaint,
Beautiful birdsong plays from the trees.
As Mother Nature opens welcoming arms,
Your senses dance to all of her charms.
A carpet of beauty before your eyes,
Their glorious aroma wraps around,
A touch of magic during sun rise,
An orchestra playing different sounds.
As Mother Nature opens welcoming arms,
Your senses dance to all of her charms.
